ADF y WebCenter en PeopleSoft, E-Business Suite, Siebel y JDEdwards

¿Se puede usar ADF y WebCenter con Peoplesoft y otras aplicaciones aplicaciones como Oracle E-Business Suite, Siebel o JDEdwards?
La respuesta no solo es sí sino que además es una de las recomendaciones para evolucionar hacia Fusion Applications como se puede ver en las páginas 52 y 58 del PDF: 10 Things you can Do Today to Prepare for Oracle Fusion Applications
Shay Shmeltzer escribe en una reciente entrada en su blog sobre este tema, y propone hacerlo al modo SOA usando el ADF Web Services Data Control, en un principio sin necesidad de usar SOA Suite en una primera etapa.
